Two ᴀʟʙɪɴᴏ Sisters Born 12 Years Apart Sʜᴏᴄᴋ The World With Their Ɪɴᴄʀᴇᴅɪʙʟᴇ Beauty

Depending on the country you look at, the chance of someone being born with albinism typically ranges from 1 in 3,000 to 1 in 20,000. However, these two Gɪʀʟs from Kᴀᴢᴀᴋʜsᴛᴀɴ defied the Oᴅᴅs. Asel and Kamila Kalaganova were born in the same family 12 years apart and both beautiful Gɪʀʟs are ᴀʟʙɪɴᴏ!

Two-year-old Kamila and 14-year-old sister Asel. But they were not the only children in the family; Their brother Aldiyar is eight years old, and the Bᴏʏ has a more conventional Kazakh appearance.

Asel said: “People were sᴜʀᴘʀɪsᴇd because we were ᴀʟʙɪɴᴏ. “Many people don’t know what albinism is.”

Her mother, Aiman Sarkitov, was also sᴜʀᴘʀɪsᴇd to see the Gɪʀʟ she brought into this world. But then again, even doctors do. At first, they even caused controversy because they suspected the Gɪʀʟ had an ethnic Rᴜssɪᴀn father.

When Asel was ten years old, she began her modeling career. Now, after Kamila’s arrival and their beautiful family photos, there is more talk around the teenager who now has 33,000 followers.

“When I gave birth to our oldest child, the genetics were not so developed for us,” the mother said. “It’s just growing now.”

“Doctors were sʜᴏᴄᴋed and assumed she was Rᴜssɪᴀn. Then I started reading about it, I learned that my children are all ᴀʟʙɪɴᴏ. At first, everyone was sʜᴏᴄᴋed and sᴜʀᴘʀɪsᴇd. I don’t know what to do, how to live.” Eventually, Aiman learned that some of her ancestors were ᴀʟʙɪɴᴏ.

According to the National Foundation for Albinism and Hypopigmentation, most people with albinism have fair skin, so it’s important for them to avoid the sun’s damaging effects on their skin and eyes. The Gɪʀʟs know this and are taking precautions. Asel explains: “If I go outside in the afternoon, then I definitely have to put on sunscreen, wear protective clothing, wear a hat or use an umbrella. “In the evening, when there is almost no sun, it is much easier for me.”

As a child, Asel attended a special school for disabled children. However, after that, she transferred to a regular school.

Her mother said: “She is doing very well in school. Albinism is not much different from other children, just hair, eyelashes, eyes and skin color. At first, with difficulty, of course, the children stared at her. Now she feels good, we don’t limit her to anything”.

Aiman says that her son’s skin looks exactly like his father’s: “He’s dark-skinned, a real Kazakh.”

Aldiyar didn’t have any questions about his sister, but he started to raise his eyebrows after the second was born. “He started saying, ‘Mom, why are they like that? Why am I not like them, not like my sisters? ‘”

Aiman gave his son all the answers and now he definitely considers his family one. “He realized that people were looking at Gɪʀʟs, and even started bragging, proudly telling everyone about his Uɴɪqᴜᴇ sisters.”
